We use the information you choose to send us to answer your enquiry. The app’s on-device reading data is separate: Three Apples does not send that data to Markael Studio.

About this policy

This policy covers visits to markael.com and correspondence with Markael Studio. The website is intended for parents, guardians, and other adults.

For reading data inside the app, see the separate Three Apples privacy policy. Contacting us is optional and is not required to use the app.

When you contact us

We receive your email address, chosen topic, message, and any device or app-version details you provide. We use these to answer questions, investigate problems, respond to privacy requests, and understand feedback. We do not add support contacts to a marketing mailing list or sell their information.

Please do not include children’s personal information or payment details. If you send such information by mistake, contact us to request its removal.

The form opens a draft in your own email app. Its contents are not submitted to our website server. We receive your message only when you send the email. “Copy message” uses your device’s clipboard and does not send anything to us.

Website visits

Our hosting infrastructure processes technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, and request times to serve the website, maintain security, and diagnose faults. These technical logs are separate from reading activity inside Three Apples.

We do not add advertising trackers or analytics tools to this website, and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts and story artwork are served as part of the website.

Service providers

Our website hosting provider and email providers process information needed to deliver their services. The website uses Vercel for hosting; see Vercel’s privacy policy for its handling of technical information.

Providers may process information in other countries. We use these services for hosting, security, and correspondence. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and reasonable follow-up, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. We review and remove information that is no longer needed. Providers may retain technical logs and backups under their own retention practices.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your correspondence by emailing studio@markael.com. We may need to verify that the request is yours. We will explain if a legal obligation prevents us from deleting something immediately.
